Due to the high-security features of your AIAFA email address, mass onboarding using AIAFA emails flagged Microsoft Security Protocols. This security feature blocked AIAFA emails from receiving emails from our system. We are now proceeding to use PERSONAL EMAILS to access My Abundance Portal. Kindly make sure your Division Secretaries have your latest personal emails for us to add you to the system.

Why can't I log on to Abundance with my AIAFA email?Access to My Abundance Portal uses your PERSONAL EMAIL. Kindly check with your Division Secretary that your personal email address is updated.

Login states that my login email does not match any account. What do i do?Your email address registered to My Abundance Portal is the personal email address that you have given to your Division Secretary. If your email address does not match, you may have given an email address that you do not use regularly or there may be a spelling mistake. Kindly check with your Division Secretary what personal email was given to them to be updated into our system. We suggest an email address you use frequently. Do get your Division Secretary to contact Little Bun to get your email straightened out.

My activation email to MAP has expired. What do I do?If your email address is already registered in My Abundance Portal, click the "Forgot password" link on the login page. Enter your email address and a reset password email will be sent to your registered email address. If the message "This email doesn't match any account. Try again." appears, it means your email address is not in our system. Do drop an email to admin@aagabundance.com or whatsapp Little Bun at +65 88936956 to request a new activation email.

How to I change my Abundance Portal login email address?Due to security reasons, the login email cannot be changed once it is set by the admin. Ensure you are able to access the login email because new member activation or password resets will require an email sent from the platform to your email address. Note: Changing the email to access the platform will require the member asset to be erased and a new account created by My Abundance Portal admin. Do drop an email to admin@aagabundance.com or whatsapp Little Bun at +65 88936956 to request this new activation email. *Subject to admin approval.

I can't find the activation email sent to my email.Check your junk mail. Change the sender's profile to "Non-Junk".

How do I download and install My Abundance Portal App?Below is the instructional video on how to complete your app installation: Do download the app through this link: https://bit.ly/myabundanceportal Your phone will automatically install the app. Follow the login instructions and you will have access to the app. Note: That login email is your personal email. You have to make sure your personal email is the same one registered to your division secretary.
